As our Sr. AI Programmer, you'll work on an exciting upcoming action/adventure release and will take responsibility for the analysis, design and implementation of software systems and Artificial Intelligence sub-systems for a 3D real-time action game on a next-generation video game console. This position reports to the Technical Director and is a member of a Radical game team. As a senior software developer, you will stand out as one of the most experienced and knowledgeable software developers on the project to which you are assigned.

Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of video game AI programming techniques
Real-time and C++ programming skills
Object-oriented design skills
Experience on next generation consoles (Xbox, PS2, Gamecube)

Qualifications:
BSc in Computer Science (Masters Preferred) and two years experience in the video game industry working on AI related projects. The incumbent will have strong demo programming experience.
