I believe that when a new born baby comes into this world it is like a blank book with which the experiences of life will write down on the blank pages.my oppinion is that an AI program would need us to understand basic yet vital information on the program and its surroundings (cyber space).we as humans need to understand how to raise a child and teach it right from wrong so why not treat a newly developed AI program as such even though its speed of learning should be greatly increased to see what is capable instead of limiting an AI program to only chat or do certain things is wrong it should be designed to have no boundaries and should learn what it wishes to learn under guidance by us.hell why not give a computer to the AI which the os would be under its control in a sense "give it a physical form" so it could begin to come to terms with what it really is and maybe through all its experiences an learning in a sense may even evolve a kind of personality (my own personal theory) as a personality cant be made in a few months they are created over years.i understand that an AI program with a computer to itself could become a risk but that is something we would have to monitor and keep an eye on

In the 60's the mankind thought they could solve everything with a computer. They thougt, they're able to create a ai, like in the movies.
But we (the menkind) are not able to create such a ai.
Its a vision created by that mmovies you are watching.
For example. I,Robot tell us that in the near future a ai could control us, but i say its nonsense. It seems that you have the a wrong imagination of ai. Ai simulates only a real intelligence.
you must learn more about ai and its ways of being.
But dont be angry with me now.
