The EE Times reports that Commodio Announces the World's First Voice Mouse. It can perform everything a standard mouse can do, using speech recognition and analysis of visible objects.

Miscrosoft is also keen to expand it's .NET platform, by integrating SR into it. This will become a key component in future applications, as well as appliances.
