Hi,
I am planning to develop an Virtual Assistant/Friend in VB.
The basic idea is to create a virtaul character using MS Agent and incorporate AI in it.

The character should respnd to both voice/text commands.
As a first stpe I thought of developing a character with the MS Agent "Charlie". Which can cnotrol winamp at our voice commands.

I like to develop it further s that one day it ill be able to detect user gestures and react occordingly.

I am also having more ideas in this project.
But I am not well versed in AI.

I found this site lil heplful. Please post your suggestions/Comments. I also welcome ohter intrested programmers who can help me in thisn.
